Lyvly, a London, UK-based provider of a co-living accomodation management platform, raised $4.6m in Series A funding.
Backers included Mosaic Ventures and Greg Marsh, the co-founder of onefinestay, who will also join as chairman.
The company intends to use the funds to grow its product, marketing and sales teams and expand its service across the UK and Europe.
Co-founded by CEO Philip Laney, VP OF Property Dario Favoino and Siraj Khaliq, Lyvly provides a platform for renters to find housemates, taking care of household bills, replacing consumables and regular cleaning.
The company, which currently manages a collection of homes across London, which are designed with shared living in mind, has also partnered with Laundry Republic, Food Envy, and Loft to provide additional community experiences.
