Twistlock, a Portland, Oregon-based leader in container and cloud native cyber security, raised $33m in Series C funding.
The round, which brought total funding to $63m to date, was led by Iconiq Capital, with participation from existing investors YL Ventures, TenEleven, Rally Ventures, Polaris Partners and Dell Technologies Capital.
The funding will allow the company to scale its operations.
Led by Ben Bernstein, CEO Twistlock provides a scalable container cybersecurity platform. From precise, actionable vulnerability management to automatically deployed runtime protection and firewalls, the platform protects applications across the development lifecycle and into production. It is purpose built for containers, serverless, and other technologies.
Since its inception in 2015, the company serves Fortune 100 companies, including McKesson, Walgreens, Aetna and USAA.
