Check Corp, a Troy, Michigan-based maker of flexible heating elements, control systems, and related components, received an investment of undisclosed amount.
Sage Capital made the investment in partnership with the management.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Led by Bob Check, President and CEO, Check is a manufacturer of flexible heating elements, control systems, and related components serving a variety of industries including healthcare, food service, construction, agriculture, marine, motorcycle, and aviation. The company’s approximately 60 employees design, prototype and manufacture these components and systems for a diverse customer base and end users.
The acquisition includes Check’s headquarters and manufacturing facility in Troy, MI.
