Inavero, a Portland, Oregon-based service quality research and client satisfaction survey provider, raised a Series A funding of undisclosed amount.
The round was led by Four Piers.
The company intends to use the funds to launch its new platform ClearlyRated.com and expand across core business service industries such as accounting, staffing, legal, HR and IT.
Led by CEO and Founder Eric Gregg, Inavero provides client satisfaction surveys and service quality research for business service firms. Its proprietary survey program leverages the Net Promoter® Score to allow service providers to measure client satisfaction, build online reputation, and differentiate on service quality.
The company has just launched ClearlyRated.com, an online directory that allows buyers of business services to search for providers in their area based on independently validated client ratings and testimonials.
