Bluestone Lane, a New York City-headquartered Australian lifestyle and hospitality brand, closed a round of strategic funding of undisclosed amount.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its global expansion and to double its unit count from 30 to 60 across 10 cities over the next two years.
The growth investment came from RSE Ventures, a private investment firm founded by Stephen M. Ross and Matt Higgins, which specializes in incubating, operating and growing consumer brands, with a focus on food, technology, sports and media, while continuing to develop its consumer packaged goods (“CPG”) and lifestyle media business.
Led by Nicholas Stone, founder and CEO, Bluestone Lane is an Australian-influenced hospitality and lifestyle brand centered on providing premium coffee and café experiences. Since opening its first location in July 2013, Bluestone Lane has opened 30 locations across New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Philadelphia and New Jersey and a flagship coffee roastery and production facility in Brooklyn, New York.
