Kanopy, a San Francisco, CA-based streaming video platform for the education sector, received a Growth investment from L Squared Capital Partners.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to support growth and solidify its position in the education sector, including colleges, universities, public libraries, and high schools globally.
Led by CEO & Founder Olivia Humphrey, Kanopy is a streaming video platform for the education sector that offers professors, students, and public library patrons free access to a unique collection of 30,000 highly curated films and documentaries.
