DocAuthority Closes $10M Series A Funding

DocAuthority, a Raanana, Israel-based data management company creating an AI-based data identification platform, completed a $10m Series A funding.

The round was led by Raine Ventures with participation from Greycroft, ffVC, Differential VC in the U.S., and 2B Angels and Plus Ventures in Israel.

The company will use the financing to accelerate its growth, extend its reach into new markets and integration with key ecosystem partners.

Led by Steve Abbott, CEO, and Ariel Peled, Co-founder and CTO, DocAuthority provides an AI-based data identification platform that identifies sensitive data automatically and precisely allowing organizations to fully protect their high risk data without obstructing business processes.
Organizations protect the sensitive documents they are aware of, but out-of-sight documents are left unprotected and may fall into the hands of insiders and hackers. To solve this issue, the company’s platform automatically discovers and accurately identifies unprotected sensitive documents, thus enabling a broad and business-friendly security policy.
