RunSafe Security Raises $2.4m in Seed Funding

RunSafe Security, a McLean, Virginia-based provider of a patented cyberhardening process for vulnerable embedded systems and devices across critical infrastructure, raised $2.4m in seed funding.

The round was led by Alsop Louie Partner, with participation from the Center for Innovative Technology, via its Gap Fund.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and business reach.

Led by Joe Saunders, CEO, RunSafe Security is a provider of patented cyberhardening transformation process solutions designed to stop attackers and protect vulnerable embedded systems and devices.
Customers span the critical infrastructure, IIoT, automotive, medical, and national security industries.
The company also has an office in Huntsville, Alabama.
