Real Vision Raises $10M in Funding

Real Vision, a NYC-based video-on-demand service for financial and business media, raised $10m in funding.

Backers included several hedge fund managers and investors.

The company intends to use the funds to expand its production of actionable interviews, long-form documentaries and in-depth analysis from finance experts.

Founded in 2014 by CEO Raoul Pal, Damian Horner, Grant Williams and Remi Tetot, Real Vision features more than 1,000 videos, newsletters, research reports and podcasts. The service offers investors access to insights from a curated selection of investors, analysts, economists and business owners.
The company is also announcing a new content distribution partnership with Thomson Reuters, which will distribute the company’s programming on its flagship products at banks, brokerage houses, asset managers and financial services providers around the world.
