Parabola Raises $2.2M in Seed Funding

Parabola, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of a platform that enables teams to automate processes, raised $2.2m in seed funding.

The round was led by Matrix Partners with participation from AngelPad, Merus Capital, Abstract Ventures, and individual investors including Alex Kvamme and Mike Hennessey.

The company intends to use the funds to scale product development and sales.

Co-founded by CEO Alex Yaseen and Mike Lang, Parabola provides a drag and drop interface that allows teams to pull in live data from anywhere, transform data, and push it automatically into a third-party tool, export it into a file, or trigger actions like sending emails or texts. Additionally, the platform reduces burdens on engineering teams because it enables non-technical staff to handle more tasks themselves.
Parabola currently serves numerous enterprise SaaS, e-commerce, and retail companies.
