Hustle Secures $30M in Series B Funding

Hustle, a San Francisco, CA-based peer-to-peer (P2P) messaging platform, raised $30m in Series B funding.

The round – which brings total funding to $42m – was led by Insight Venture Partners with participation from GV and Salesforce Ventures. In conjunction with the financing, Hilary Gosher, Managing Director at Insight Venture Partners, will join the board.

The company will use the capital to scale sales and engineering, and expand into new vertical markets.

Since 2014, hundreds of relationship-driven clients have initiated more than 85 million personal texting conversations within their communities.
The company, which also has offices in Washington D.C., is a leading P2P platform for advocacy groups like Sierra Club, and political campaigns including Bernie Sanders, Doug Jones, and over 25 state Democratic parties.
