Fuze, a Boston, MA-based cloud-based communications solution provider for the modern global enterprise, raised $150m in financing.
The round, which brings total funding to $484.8M, was led by Boston-based Summit Partners, with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners and other existing investors.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate product innovation, and drive global expansion.
Led by Colin Doherty, CEO, Fuze provides a cloud-based unified communications platform that delivers insights across the enterprise by enabling business voice communications, video conferencing, and collaboration, anytime, anywhere, across any device.
The company, which has additional locations in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Ottawa, London, Amsterdam, Aveiro (Portugal), Madrid, Paris, Munich, Zurich, Copenhagen, and Sydney, has also announced the new Fuze 5.0 platform, which allows businesses to streamline communications and collaboration for their extended team ecosystems of independent contractors, vendors, partners, and customers.
