Aircall Secures $29M in Series B Funding

Aircall, a Paris, France-based provider of call center software, raised $29m in Series B funding.

The round, which brings total funding to date to $40.5m, was led by Draper Esprit with participation from Balderton Capital, NextWorld Capital, eFounders, Newfund and other existing investors.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate the buildout of its cloud-based phone system, including integrations into all the software tools used by modern businesses, and to acquire top talent to supplement its teams in both the U.S. and Europe.

Founded in 2014 and led by Olivier Pailhes, CEO, Aircall provides a cloud based phone system allowing businesses to connect with their customers, partners, and employees in entirely new ways. It has zero hardware to manage, dozens of integration options to explore, and the ability to add local numbers in more than 40 countries.
The company’s system is used by thousands of businesses.
