Zaius, a Boston, MA-based CRM built for B2C marketers, raised $30m in Series B funding.
The round, which brings total funding to $50.8m, was led by Insight Venture Partners, with participation from previous investors Matrix Partners, Underscore VC and Leaders Fund. In conjunction with the funding, Nikitas Koutoupes, managing director of Insight Venture Partners, joined the Zaius board of directors.
The company will use the funds to further develop its partner and developer ecosystem, as well as expand its platform functionality.
Led by Mark Gally CEO, Zaiu provides a B2C CRM application to manage the marketer’s workflow from opportunity discovery to lifecycle management to content and campaign creation in a single platform. Marketers can have complete control on customer data and tools and insights to understand why and how their customers shop.
Users include Scotts Miracle-Gro, Anheuser-Busch InBev, Burt’s Bees Baby, Moda Operandi, Optoro and more.
