YouEarnedIt, an Austin, TX-based provider of an employee engagement platform, secured an undisclosed amount of funding.
Backers included Vista Equity Partners, Ridge Ventures and Silverton Partners.
The company intends to use the funds to further extend its product platform into the performance enablement market, grow capabilities across the organization, and continue to expand its reach through increased sales execution.
Led by Autumn Manning, co-founder and CEO, C.K. Sample III, Chief Product Officer, YouEarnedIt provides a SaaS based HR platform that delivers recognition, rewards, incentives, feedback, and team insights, enabling users to improve bottom-line performance metrics by enhancing the employee experience.
The company works with over 400 global customers – from 100 employee companies to global Fortune 100 enterprises.
In addition to the partnership with Vista, YouEarnedIt added James Mann, as Chief Financial Officer, and Michael Logan, as Executive Vice President of Sales.
