QingKe, a Chinese online platform providing life services with a focus on the real estate industry, raised a Series C equity financing round.
The round was led by a fund managed by Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia and consumer sector focused PE firm Crescent Point.
The company received more than US$100m in total equity financing. Investors in previous rounds include SAIF Partners, Fortune Capital and Newsion Venture Capital, etc.
Founded in Shanghai in 2012 by Mr. Jin Guangjie, QingKe provides young individuals with long-term rental apartment services leveraging a wide array of Internet and IoT (Internet of Things) technologies to achieve management and operation efficiency and effectiveness.
The company currently manages more than 70,000 rental units.
QingKe now has presence in Shanghai, Beijing, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Wuhan, Suzhou and Jiaxing.
