Cloverleaf, a Cincinnati, OH-based provider of team-building software, secured an investment from Queen City Angels.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company will use the funds to add staff, expand its geographic reach and enhance customer usability of its software.
Led by Kirsten Moorefield and Darrin Murriner, Cloverleaf provides a SaaS based team-building software platform that applies data analytics to commonly used personality and strength-based assessments to allow companies to identify career development and promotion opportunities, and create teams that will work well together. The software also provides additional integration opportunities to extend its the value beyond the platform into tools companies use daily to manage talent and work, such as email, HRIS, and task/performance management tools.
The company emerged from Ocean Accelerator’s 2017 class.
