Chalice Wealth Partners Raises $4.6M in Series A Funding

Chalice Wealth Partners, a San Diego, CA-based financial technology membership organization for registered independent advisors (RIAs) and wealth managers, raised $4.6m in Series A funding.

The round was led by Uinta Investment Partners. Gavin James and Dan Plotsky, who founded multi-family office Uinta in 2017, will provide oversight and guidance to the company, with James serving on Chalice’s Board of Directors.

The company intends to use the funds to expand the team while also improving technology solutions.

Led by Keith Gregg, Chairman and CEO, Chalice Wealth Partners launched the Chalice Financial Network to provide financial advisors with a shared-services technology platform that enables members to access their full suite of technology products and business services – all via a single sign on.
Integrating an advisor’s technology into one accessible location, the network equips advisors with the means to leverage both business solutions and operating tools from the same marketplace.
