ATA RiskStation, LLC, a Dallas, TX-based provider of cloud-based portfolio risk analytics, received an investment from middle-market private equity firm Caruth Capital Partners.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company will use the funds to accelerate its growth by making available their network of relationships at the C-suite level in wealth management firms, investment advisory firms and broker dealer in the U.S. and internationally.
