AppOnboard Raises $15M in Series A Funding

AppOnboard, a Los Angeles, CA-based mobile technology platform for app developers, raised $15m in Series A funding.

The round was led by Korea Investment Partners (KIP) with participation from Mirae Asset Management, Mantaray, MTG, and Runa Capital who joined existing investors London Venture Partners, Troy Capital Partners, and Ophir Capital Group.

The company, which has raised $20m since its founding, intends to use the funds to further accelerate the development and adoption of its app demo technology.

Led by Jonathan Zweig, CEO/Co-Founder, and Bryan Buskas, COO, AppOnboard provides a tech platform that allows users to preview apps or games in high-end experiences served in other mobile apps and games. The company’s Full-Fidelity Demos and Chronological Heat Maps, which visualize user engagement, allow developers to gain actionable insights during the app or game testing process, acquire high quality users, and optimize their onboarding experiences and monetization funnels post-install.
AppOnboard also has offices in San Francisco and Seattle.
