Agreement Express, a Vancouver, BC–based provider of a digital onboarding platform for financial services, received a growth equity investment from Frontier Capital.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. Richard Maclean and Dave Pandullo, Frontier’s Managing Partner and Vice President, respectively, will be joining the Agreement Express board.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth through expansion of sales and marketing operations, furthering technology innovation, and extending its talent base.
Led by Mike Gardner, CEO, Agreement Express provides a SaaS based end-to-end digital onboarding platform focused on enhancing the client experience for wealth management, payments, and insurance providers. The platform allows financial institutions to design and execute automated onboarding experiences across their product offerings and channels while providing analytics that enables proactive and personalized client advice.
