Eco-Site Secures Additional $90M in Funding

Eco-Site, a Durham, N.C.-based wireless tower and infrastructure platform, raised an additional $90m in funding.

The new funding came in the form of a $30m private equity investment from Atlanta-based MSouth Equity Partners and a $60m credit facility from a Chicago-based asset manager.

Founded in 2012 and led by CEO Dale Carey, Eco-Site builds, owns and operates wireless towers and infrastructure sites across the U.S. for T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint and AT&T.
The company, which has 54 full-time employees and 75 total staff in offices nationwide, offers single-point access to a nationwide pool of sites, including build-to-suit towers, colocation solutions and retail properties.
