Property Brands, a Koxville, Tenn.-based provider of property management technology solutions, received an investment from Insight Venture Partners, a New York-based venture capital and private equity firm.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. Providence Strategic Growth, Property Brands’ previous lead investor, will retain a minority investment partnership going forward.
The partnership will allow the company to scale the business.
Led by Lisa Stinnett, Chief Executive Officer, Property Brands provides property management companies in the multifamily, single family residential, student housing, affordable housing, and commercial markets, with a SaaS software platform for property management, rent payment processing, background screening, and renters insurance.
