Pi Labs, a London, UK-based property tech focused VC, received a strategic equity investment.
Värde Partners, the alternative investment firm with $13 billion under management, led the investment and will take a minority stake in the VC.
The firm will use the funds to accelerate its global growth.
Led by Dominic Wilson, Faisal Butt and Mary Criebardis Singh, who will retain control of all day-to-day operational and investment decisions, Property Innovation Labs (Pi Labs) is an early-stage venture capital firm investing in high potential property tech scale-ups. The firm operates from London and focuses on European and select global investment opportunities.
Pi closed its second fund of $10 million in June 2017.
