Peakon, a London, UK-based provider of people analytics & employee engagement software, raised $22m in Series B funding.
The round was led by Balderton Capital, with participation from existing investors EQT Ventures, IDInvest and Sunstone. In conjunction with the funding, Balderton Managing Partner, Bernard Liautaud, will be joining Peakon’s board.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and global presence as well as to grow its development efforts.
Led by Phillip Chambers, CEO & co-founder, Peakon provides a people analytics & employee engagement platform that allows users to build engaged teams and company culture by getting access to actionable insights into the real drivers of people.
Clients include Capgemini, BMW, and Egmont, among others.
