Peak Rock Capital Closes Fund II, at $1.3 Billion

Peak Rock Capital, LLC, an Austin, Texas-based middle market private equity firm, closed its fund II, at $1.3 billion.

Peak Rock Capital Fund II LP, Peak Rock Capital Credit Fund II LP and their parallel funds were over-subscribed and substantially exceeded its target of $900 million. The investor base is broadly diversified and is comprised of many of the world’s leading limited partners across public pensions, private pensions, endowments, foundations, insurance companies and asset managers.

Peak Rock Capital Fund II LP is focused on making investments in middle market companies, where the firm’s team can support management in driving rapid growth and profit improvement through operational and strategic changes. Peak Rock Capital Credit Fund II LP is focused on making non-control debt investments in middle market companies including both primary and secondary credits.

Led by Anthony DiSimone, Chief Executive Officer, and Steve Martinez, President, Peak Rock Capital is a middle-market private equity firm that makes equity and debt investments in companies in North America and Europe.
