OpenGate Capital, a global private equity firm, has acquired Mersive Technologies Inc., a Denver, Colorado, provider of wireless collaboration software, from shareholders of the business.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The company will use the funds to continue to grow.
Launched in 2013 by CTO and Founder Christopher Jaynes, PhD, and led by Rob Balgley, CEO, Mersive provides a suite of wireless collaboration solutions enabling multiple users to share content from laptops and mobile devices to in-room displays. The company has approximately 4,000 corporate and higher education customers and 30 of the Fortune 100 companies.
