Nyansa, Inc., a Palo Alto, CA-based technology innovator of infrastructure management solutions, closed a $15m Series B round of financing.
The round, which brings total capital investment to date to $27m, was led by Intel Capital, with participation from Formation 8. In conjunction with the funding, Director Alexandre Villela led the investment for Intel Capital and will join Nyansa’s Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the proceeds to accelerate go-to-market activities and continue innovation of its cloud-based infrastructure analytics platform, called Voyance.
Co-founded in September 2013 by Daniel Kan, Anand Srinivas and Abe Ankumah, Nyansa provides Voyance, which leverages big data network analytics, cloud computing and machine learning technologies to enable organizations to manage user performance across infrastructure devices, applications and services.
The Voyance service has been deployed in 200+ production environments.
