Lerer Hippeau Ventures to Raise Two Venture Capital Funds, totalling $150M

Lerer Hippeau Ventures, a seed stage venture capital firm based in New York City, is raising two funds, totalling $150m.

According to two different SEC docs, these include:
Lerer Hippeau Ventures VI, LP, which has a target of $100m.
Lerer Hippeau Ventures Select Fund II, LP, which has a target of $50m.

No funds have been raised, yet.

Led by managing partners Kenneth Lerer, Ben Lerer, and Eric Hippeau, Lerer Hippeau Ventures is a seed stage venture capital firm investing entrepreneurs “with product vision, consumer insight, focused execution, and unwavering ambition“. Investment focus in on enterprise software, consumer, commerce and emerging tech.
The firm has approx. 160 active investments and has exited over 50 companies.

The team also includes Graham Brown, Joe Medved, Andrea Hippeau, Stephanie Manning, and Julian Moncada.
