HNI Healthcare (HNI), an Austin, Texas-based technology-enabled physician practice management company, closed $32.64m in Series E financing.
The funding was provided by New York-based Bison Capital and Austin-based Spindletop Capital.
The company intends to use the funds to invest in the continued evolution of its proprietary technology, VitalSigns™, and expand its geographic presence.
Founded by CEO Michael Gonzales, HNI leverages its proprietary technology and hospital medicine management expertise to deliver full-service facility-based physician programs to improve the quality of patient care.
