BaishanCloud, a Beijing, China-based provider of cloud data services, completed its US$50m Series C of private equity financing.
This round was led by Alpha Capital and Chunjia Capital, followed by new local strategic investors.
The new capital will be invested to further enhance its service capability.
Founded in April 2015 by Huo Tao, CEO, Baishan is a provider of cloud data services in China specializing in data life cycle management. Its cloud suite, comprised of cloud delivery, cloud storage, and cloud linkage, fulfills the data-transmission, data-storage, data-consumption, and data-governance needs of Internet and enterprise customers.
The company has offices and R&D centers in Beijing, Seattle, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Xiamen and Guian.
