springbig, a Boca Raton, Fla.-based provider of a loyalty marketing technology platform for the cannabis industry, closed a $3.2M round of funding.
The round, which brings the total amount raised to $6.3M, was led by Green Acre Capital and Halley Venture Partners, with participation from members of The Arcview Group, and other strategic investors.
The company intends to use the funds to add new people in the areas of technology development, product management, sales and support, finance and analytics, to accelerate platform enhancements and expand its offering to additional channels of distribution within the Cannabis industry.
Led by Jeff Harris, springbig provides customer-loyalty and communications solutions for dispensaries and Cannabis retailers featuring SMS, loyalty marketing, and other tools to keep customers connected and engaged while tracking their ROI in real-time.
The company has customers across the United States.
