Overhaul, an Austin, TX-based transportation security technology company delivering risk management solutions geared to shippers of premium cargo, completed a $4.5M seed financing.
The round was led by Abbey International Finance Group.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate device integrations for its Sentinel.
Launched in 2016 by Barry Conlon, CEO, Overhaul provides Sentinel, an active risk management solution in which relevant data from available monitoring and management technologies is brought together to detect and correct non-compliance behaviors in real-time.
The platform Overhaul takes advantage of existing data feeds, layering a proprietary workflow management mechanism to create a more actionable & informed interface for multiple user types, including logistics, security and operations.
