Ngdata, a Gent, Belgium-based customer experience management solutions company, raised over $19m in Series C funding.
The round was led by HPE Growth Capital with participation from existing investors Idinvest Partners, Pamica, SmartFin Capital, Capricorn Venture Partners and Nausicaa Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to further accelerate global growth.
Led by Luc Burgelman, CEO, and Michel Akkermans, chairman, Ngdata provides data-rich companies in financial services, telecom, utilities, hospitality, etc., with a customer data platform, called Lily™, to drive connected customer experiences by combining data, generating insights and steering actions.
Lily provides insights into historical and real-time customer interactions, from all sources, so companies gain a holistic and individual customer view, enabling them to deliver superior customer experiences to increase NPS (Net Promoter Score) and solidify customer lifetime value.
