FollowAnalytics, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of mobile marketing automation solutions, raised $11m in Series B financing.
Backers included Orange Digital Ventures, Aspect Ventures, Zetta Venture Partners, Sapphire Ventures, Cathay Innovation, La Maison and Salesforce Ventures.
The company, which has raised $27m since its creation, intends to launch a new product, slated for end 2017, create twenty new jobs and expand geographically to the East Coast of the US and Europe (UK, Spain, Italy and Belgium) simultaneously.
Created in 2013 by Samir Addamine, Chairman, FollowAnalytics leverages machine learning to provide mobile marketing automation solutions for business customers’ marketing teams to increase engagement and retention rates for their mobile apps by creating personalized customer journeys.
The company’s solutions are used by brands like Michelin, Wells Fargo, Cartier, Louis Vuitton, Allianz and BNP Paribas.
FollowAnalytics also has offices in NYC, Montréal and Paris.
