Clubhouse Software Raises $10M in Series A Financing

Clubhouse Software, a New York City-based maker of a modern project management platform for software development teams, raised $10m in Series A financing.

The round was led by Battery Ventures with participation from Resolute Ventures, Lerer Hippeau Ventures, Neu Venture Capital, RRE Ventures and Zeitgeist Partners. In conjunction with the funding, Neeraj Agrawal, a general partner at Battery Ventures, joined Clubhouse’s board.

The company intends to use the funds to expand its engineering team, build out more integrations into other software products, expand its focus on larger enterprise customers, and enhance customer support.

Founded in 2014 by Kurt Schrader and Andrew Childs, Clubhouse Clubhouse builds product management tools to allow software engineering teams to improve the way to work together. The company’s platform is used by thousands of organizations including startups around the world including FullStory, LaunchDarkly, Geckoboard, and Guru, among others.
