VidMob, a New York-based video creation network and platform, secured $7.5m in Series A financing.
Backers included Manifest Investment Partners, Interlock Partners, Stampede Ventures, Acadia Woods Partners, and Macanta Investments.
The company, which has now raised over $13m in total since its inception in 2015, intends to use the funds to grow headcount across VidMob’s four offices in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, and Massachusetts, expand technology capacity and tools, and its agency and brand partnerships.
Led by Alex Collmer, founder and CEO, VidMob provides a video creation platform with a network of professional creatives worldwide who produce video content for brands and advertisers. Clients can collaborate with expert creatives to develop a suite of video assets optimized for every digital channel.
Earlier this year, the company was awarded official marketing partner badges by Facebook and Snap, and recently won innovation awards from Instagram and Twitter for its creative solutions for brands and agencies.
