Kaseya, a provider of complete IT management solutions for managed service providers (MSPs) and midsized enterprises, raised over €38m in funding.
As part of the round, the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund made a €19m investment.
The company, majority owned by global software investment fund Insight Venture Partners, intends use the funds to create up to 130 new jobs in Ireland, adding to existing operations of approximately 30 people, and launch a collaboration program with third-level universities and institutes of technology throughout Ireland.
Led by Fred Voccola, CEO, Kaseya provides complete IT management solutions for Managed Service Providers and small to midsized businesses to manage and secure IT. Its solutions currently manage over 10 million endpoints worldwide and are in use by customers in a wide variety of industries, including retail, manufacturing, healthcare, education, government, media, technology, finance, and more.
The company has a presence in over 20 countries.
