Idinvest Partners, a pan-European private equity firm focused on the mid-market segment, has appointed Charles Daulon du Laurens as Partner and Global Head of Investor Relations and Marketing.
At Idinvest, Charles Daulon du Laurens will be in charge capital raising, investor relations and marketing functions on a global basis, managing teams based in Europe and Asia.
He joins from AXA IM- Real Assets, where he was Global Head of Client Capital Group and a member of the Executive Committee. In that role, Charles Daulon du Laurens had the global responsibility for the company’s third-party capital raising, client relationship management and client servicing, heading a team of 15 professionals across the US, Europe and Asia.
Prior to joining AXA IM – Real Assets, he spent nine years in the capital markets divisions of major investment banks, including Morgan Stanley and UBS, where he served as Director, overseeing the distribution of structured credit products and solutions to institutional clients in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
Charles Daulon du Laurens holds an MBA degree from ESSEC, a Master Degree (Public Affairs) from Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (IEP Paris – Sciences Po) and is Lecturer in Finance at IEP Paris.
For Idinvest, the appointment marks the latest move in its international growth strategy, where the firm is adding investment and operational expertise to help support its cross-border ambitions.
