Blueprint Software Systems Inc., a Toronto, ON, Canada-based provider of software solutions that accelerate and de-risk the digital transformation of large organizations, received a growth capital investment from Vistara Capital Partners.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The funding will primarily be used to further accelerate the company’s direct and channel based sales and marketing efforts.
Led by CEO Dan Shimmerman, Blueprint provides software development teams with Storyteller™, its core product focused on Agile planning for global mid-larger scale enterprise customers across a number of regulated and complex industries including financial services, healthcare and public sector.
The company currently serves hundreds of global customers across these and other industries.
