Wysdom.AI (formerly known as CrowdCare) a Richmond Hill, Canada-based provider of an enterprise cognitive care solution to deliver personalized answers to customer questions, raised $8.5m in funding.
The round was led by ScaleUP Ventures with participation from Brightspark Ventures and Mantella Venture Partners.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate global expansion of its solution.
Led by Ian Collins, CEO and co-founder, Wysdom.AI offers an AI based enterprise cognitive care solution, which includes a tech stack, operational tools, and an AI supervision team, to deliver personalized answers to customer questions across all digital channels (Facebook Messenger, Twitter, online chat, in-app etc…) in several languages including English, French, and Spanish.
The solution is currently deployed with enterprise clients in the UK, Europe, and North and South America.
The company already boasts 125,000 specific customer questions and a 97.5 percent precision rate.
