Sysdig Completes $25m Series C Financing

Sysdig, a San Francisco, CA-based container intelligence company, completed a $25m series C financing.

Accel Partners’ Growth Fund made the investment.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand its product portfolio and scale out its customer support capabilities.

Led by Loris Degioanni, founder and CEO, Sysdig provides an intelligence platform to deliver monitoring, security, and troubleshooting in a microservices-friendly architecture used by a community of over a million developers, administrators and other IT professionals looking for visibility into systems and containers. The platform monitors and secures millions of containers across hundreds of enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies and web-scale properties.
Based on it, the company has now launched Sysdig Secure, which is designed to offer enterprises run-time security and forensics for their containerized environments based on Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Amazon ECS, etc.
Now, the product portfolio includes Sysdig Monitor for monitoring and alerting, Sysdig Secure for runtime protection and forensics, and Sysdig Inspect for deep troubleshooting.
