iAdvize Raises $38M in Series C Funding

iAdvize, a Nantes, France-based conversational marketing company, raised $38M in Series C funding.

Backers included Idinvest Partners, Bpifrance via Large Venture and Quadrille Capital.

The company, which has raised $56M in total funding to date, intends to use the funds to consolidate growth while reinforcing its presence in Europe and expanding activity in the U.S., where they are opening their first U.S. office in Boston, MA, with a team comprised of sales and marketing teams headed by Nicolas de Rosen.
The funds will also be used to bolster research and development resources for core products and services and to develop ibbü’s market strategy roadmap, which offers on-demand pool of experts.

Created in 2010 by Julien Hervouët, CEO, iAdvize provides a conversational marketing platform for more than 600 businesses across 60 different countries to engage their customers and prospects who need advice and support and offer them the best response from paid advocates members of the ibbü community, a chatbot or their own customer service team.
The platform offers:
– Big data analysis to provide predictive targeting and answers to high-value contacts in real-time
– Cross-channel and multi-device connections through websites, social media, messaging apps and SMS
– Intelligent routing system providing high language skills and level of expertise
– ibbü, a live, real-time community of on-demand pool of experts who advise customers and prospects online.

Clients include Disney, BMW, Michelin, House of Fraser, Air France, TUI, BMW, Interflora, Axa or Cdiscount.
