Delphi Behavioral Health Group, LLC, a Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based substance abuse treatment provider, received an investment from The Halifax Group.
The financial terms of the recap were not disclosed. Following the deal, Delphi management will retain a meaningful ownership position.
The company intends to use the funds to grow nationally, expand its outpatient and after care and alumni programs, enhance its internal infrastructure, and upgrade its systems.
Led by CEO Dominic Sirianni, Delphi Behavioral Health Group LLC is a substance abuse treatment provider operating eight treatment centers in California and Florida.
The company provides clinically-proven approaches to treatment across multiple levels of care, including detoxification, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient, across its family of facilities.
The Delphi family of brands includes: Palm Beach Institute, which was founded in 1970, and Arete Recovery, a new, 39-bed detox and residential facility which opened in 2016. The company plans to open Maryland House, which will be the first detox licensed in the state in nearly 20 years, near Baltimore later this year.
