ManufactOn, a Boston area, MA-based startup delivering a collaborative, cloud, and mobile solution for prefab production, material and supply chain management in construction, secured a $2.5m Series A funding round.
The round was led by Darren Bechtel’s Brick & Mortar Ventures with participation from Autodesk and WND Ventures.
The company will use the funds to continue to expand operations.
Led by Raghi Iyengar, founder and CEO, ManufactOn provides a SaaS (mobile/web) based platform for construction firms to plan, track, and manage both prefabrication and regular material handling. ManufactOn makes information visible to all general and trade contractors involved in a project, including coordinators, detailers, procurement, shop foremen, field superintendents, and project leaders.
