interviewing.io, a San Francisco, CA-based anonymous hiring platform, raised $3m in seed funding.
The round was led by Susa Ventures, with participation from Social Capital, Ulu Ventures, Kapor Capital, TenOneTen Ventures, Manifest Investment Partners, and others.
The company is using its new funds to expand operations and business reach.

The company focuses on performance in a series of live technical interviews enabling candidates to get free, anonymous interview practice with top-notch engineers and with the strongest performers who then unlock the ability to book real (still anonymous) interviews with companies like Quora, Asana, and Amazon.
