Bossa Studios, a London, UK-based gaming studio, raised $10m in Series A funding.
The round was led by Atomico, with participation from existing investors London Venture Partners. In conjunction with the funding, Atomico co-founder and partner Mattias Ljungman and executive-in-residence Alexis Bonte will join Bossa’s board.
Co-founded by Henrique Olifiers and Imre Jele, Bossa Studios is a gaming studio that has created several titles including Surgeon Simulator, I am Bread, Deep Dungeons of Doom, Twelve A Dozen, Monstermind and others.
The company now intends to use the funds for talent recruitment and the public launch of their new game Worlds Adrift.
