Anchor, a New York City-based podcast platform provider, raised $10m in Series A funding.
The round, which brings the total amount raised to nearly $15M, was led by GV with participation from Accel, Betaworks, The Chernin Group, Eniac Ventures, Homebrew, Nir Eyal and Craig Kallman. In conjunction with the funding, M.G. Siegler of GV and Brian O’Malley of Accel will join Anchor’s board of directors.
