Silversheet, a Los Angeles, CA-based provider of a medical credentialing management platform, secured a $5m in Series A financing.
The round, which brings total funding to $10.2m, was led by Summation Health Ventures.
The new investment will accelerate Silversheet’s growth in California and across the country.
Co-founded by Dr. Miles Beckett, Dr. David Rakoff, Pat Cheung, and Steve Seigel, Silversheet provides a tech platform for healthcare facilities to streamline the way they onboard and engage with physicians, nurses, and fellow medical staff.
The platform enalbes providers to create and update their entire credential file from a computer or phone in a few simple steps within minutes instead of days. They can update qualifications and instantly share their profile across different facilities to increase productivity and prevent frustration and burnout.
Other investors include Upfront Ventures, Rincon Venture Partners, SV Angel, Slow Ventures, BAM Ventures, Act One Ventures, and Cyan and Scott Banister.
