ScaleMP, a Fort Lee, N.J.-based provider of virtualization solutions for high-end computing, closed a $10m funding round.
The round was led by Leumi Partners, which has taken approximately a 5% stake in ScaleMP.
The company intends to use the funds to further accelerate growth, enhance products and technology, and expand support for its OEM partners.
Led by Shai Fultheim, founder and CEO, ScaleMP provides a virtualization platform for high-end computing. Its Versatile SMP™ (vSMP) architecture provides software-defined computing and software-defined memory by aggregating multiple independent systems or high-performance SSDs into single virtual systems.
The company has its R&D Center in Rosh Ha’ayin, Israel.
